    72824 The Role at a Glance As the Business Analysis Manager, you will manage a team and processes for Lincoln's Producer Solutions Value Stream.

    You will manage the coordination and collaboration of business stakeholders and assigned team(s) to define, develop and validate more complex business solutions that meet the needs, goals and objectives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    What you'll be doing Acts as a resource between area of responsibility and appropriate stakeholders to ensure more complex business requirements, needs and solutions are effectively communicated and understood by all parties.

    Builds organizational capability within their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Collaborates and/or manages the collaboration of key internal and/or external stakeholders to elicit more complex business issues, determine root cause(s), and capture business needs.

    Collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on more complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned projects.

    Collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders and management to assess, select and recommend more complex solutions and/or alternative approaches that will achieve business goals.

    Consults with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs Determines and recommends the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.

    Ensures and/or develops more complex business requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Ensures more complex business requirements are clearly articulated, documented and validated. Ensures that top talent is hired and retained for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Facilitates changes to the organization through the more complex analysis, design and implementation of the business processes that achieve business objectives.

    Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.

    Manages a team and processes for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Manages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards for assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    Manages assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members. Oversees and/or validates that the solution meets the business need.

    Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.

    Serves as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

    What we're looking for 5+ Years experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required) MUST have current Business Technology Solutions OR Producer Solutions experience to be considered for this opportunity.

    Pay Range:
    $67,000 - $115,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
