    Bilingual Customer Service Representative Opportunity

    The Customer Success Representative role is the primary contact for our client base. This position will act as a liaison between customers and the branch service teams. This role establishes key relationships with new and existing clients in order to offer targeted support and services upon review of the customers' specific needs and concerns. Incumbents in this role will act to educate and inform customers of the products and services provided in an effort to provide top level protection of their home. This role requires a high degree of professionalism in interactions, in both internal and external communications. This position will acknowledge and track customer preferences and stay informed of sales strategies, packages and promotions and effectively relay all details to customers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work effectively in a high-volume, Omni-channel environment.
    • Ensure professional communication skills are exhibited in all forms of communication with customers and fellow team members.
    • Possesses resilient demeanor when handling difficult situations and conversations with customers and fellow team members.
    • Utilize our systems, tools and resources to accomplish results and achieve goals.
    • Ability to uphold customer service standards
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
    • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
    Requirements:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year customer service experience - required
    • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken - required
    • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish at an intermediate level or above - required
    • Ability to persuasively present company's unique products and services in order to meet customers' needs and provide effective protection of their home / business - Preferred
    • Professional communication skills and business acumen - required
    • Work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - required
