- Advanced troubleshooting of commercial AV systems through remote access
- Ensuring timely resolution of service issues
- Coordinate with service contractors

- After-hours and on-call support

- HS Diploma or GED required
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle

- Intermediate level in Windows and Google systems
