    Description
    The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will support the accelerated growth of many of the company's emerging business lines.

    The role will support the development and execution of both day-to-day operations and long-term plans across all business functions including marketing, creative, product, analytics, operations, and customer service.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    with internal teams and stakeholders to drive forward cross-functional projects.
    variable day-to-day operations which may include product setup, process management, campaign setup, and additional projects as needed.
    in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    in the development of new and iterative onsite experiences.
    in site merchandising and product development.
    daily reporting and analysis of business performance.


    Requirements:
    analytics skills (familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus)
    organizational and project management skills
    problem solving ability
    interest in learning new concepts, skills, and business functions
    leading projects and/or teams
    with core business and marketing concepts/terminology
    working on multiple projects simultaneously
    working on open ended projects with limited direction
    Degree or equivalent

    The expected hourly range for this position is $24.04/hour - $26.44/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law
