Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance experience)

Work Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid - Onsite)

Primary Skills (Must have):

Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance business analyst experience.
Strong exposure in commercial lines Inland Marine, Umbrella, Auto, General Liability and Property.
Working knowledge and understanding of Policy lifecycle and claims.
SQL creation and execution of simple and complex queries based on understanding of policy OR claims databases policy system OR claim system tables and their relationships.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology is must.
Experience in translating requirements into use cases with proficiency in building documenting acceptance criteria.
Exposure in working with development and testing teams to perform requirement walkthroughs explaining expectations managing requirement changes and validating the solution product based on acceptance criteria.
Requirements Gathering and Elicitation BRD FRD FRS etc.
Requirement Analysis and Modeling Workflow Diagrams
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
Problem Solving Decision Making
Ability to work independently.

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

Experience into Product Configuration of any COTS products.
