DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with other teams: Business Process functional, Application development, and Technology Services teams.
  • Analyzes, validates, and develops business and technical process requirements for Contracts and Purchasing department. Develops systems requirements, techniques, and controls.
  • Participates in implementation efforts and requirements.
  • Responsible for supporting internal software needs for organization as they are implemented.
  • Responsible for testing/training/implementation of various systemic processes that align with business needs.
  • Represents the business unit to gather/define requirements and business cases for the technology developments, and determines business requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
  • Develops user requirement specifications. Ensures consistency, traceability, feasibility, and completeness.
  • Develops hard copy and electronic reports/charts/dashboards as required. Utilizes analysis models, prototypes, and scenarios.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of requirement practices and processes and the development of procedures and tools.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to work on assigned tasks once assigned and trained.
  • Available to all business levels to ensure all daytoday processes are supported.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:


  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and three or more years of experience as a business process analyst working with computerized management systems to include, but not limited to, product life cycle systems. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Must have a good knowledge of business process/life cycle management principles, theories and concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Excel is required (Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas/Functions) along with familiarity of scripts/macros.
  • Familiar with Software methodologies and documentation analysis.
  • SAP Proficient, with strong emphasis on SAP materials management/procure to pay/supply chain and/or proposal to cash/contracts/order to Cash.
  • SQL or other programming skills required.
  • Power BI or other reporting tools experience.
  • Aggressive problem solver who can independently research best practices and recommend solutions.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communications and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

$62,510 - $105,628
