Typical Responsibilities:
- Interface with the 6.0 IPT support team to facilitate Knowledge Management initiatives with managing and updating all PM policies and processes.
- Provide NIWC project portal support and training, ensuring smooth functioning and accessibility.
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for department heads to aid in data matrix management.
- Provide NIWC HUB help desk support and provide timely resolutions of tickets.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support project requirements.
Location:
Hybrid. ~1 day/week onsite at Naval Base Point Loma, and the remainder may be flex/telework. Position may require additional regular onsite days, up to full time onsite, based on contract & customer requirements.
Typical Physical Activity:
Desk/computer work in an office environment
May involve:
repetitive motion.
Schedule:
California Alternate Work Week schedule. Mondays - Thursdays 9 hours daily, and Fridays alternate between 8 hours or 0 hours.
Target Pay Range:
$ $27.00/hour.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or other relevant discipline.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a lesser degree, vocational training, military training, or additional years of experience may be considered.
- At least three (3) years of recent professional experience in a business analyst, administrative, or relevant customer service role.
- Experience gained in a U.S. Navy/DoD environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with common productivity software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
