    Job Title: Restaurant Manager

    If you're looking to play a crucial role in Chicago's vibrant River North nightlife and bar scene, then this opportunity is for you. The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of experience in managing nightlife venues and full-service establishments. Moreover, a genuine passion for live music and the ability to build strong relationships with guest artists are key qualifications.     Responsibilities:
    • Run shifts and oversee daily restaurant operations
    • Lead pre-shift meetings and conduct necessary checks
    • Ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences during opening and closing shifts
    • Provide leadership to teams and uphold the Culture of Caring
    • Address guest and employee needs promptly
    • Assist in managing costs, driving sales, and meeting financial goals
    • Participate in the hiring and training of employees
    • Manage inventory and place supply orders
    • Promote teamwork and handle challenges with patience and tact
    • Work varied shifts and days, including weekends and travel if required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
    • Ability to build rapport with guests
    • Proven leadership skills

    Salary Range:

    USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 per year
