    Description

    This position involves coordinating recruiting efforts within the agency. The person in this role will support the recruitment process and should be proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable reaching out to a wide range of candidates through various channels without prior contact. Communication skills will be essential to identify, interview, and assess potential candidates for financial services roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and identify qualified candidates through different channels
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates
    • Manage various recruitment activities weekly and monthly
    • Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Recruiting
    • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process
    • Build strong relationships with candidates
    • Utilize recruitment tools and systems efficiently
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
    • Support recruitment initiatives and enhance employer branding
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
    • Submit a weekly comprehensive report to the Director of Recruiting
    • Perform any other duties as assigned
    • Directly report to the Director of Recruiting

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
    • Experience in recruiting or human resources, particularly in finance and insurance
    • Good understanding of industry-specific roles and qualifications
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
    • Available for in-office role from Monday to Friday during regular business hours
    • Location: Newport Beach, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; or Las Vegas, NV

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $60,000-$80,000 per year, paid bi-weekly
    • $1,000 Bonus for each recruited Contract A after 30 days
