Your Role:

Create and execute strategic sourcing strategy using all industry standard platforms and channels to help differentiate and promote Tetra Tech
Lead/assist in the creation of job descriptions and postings that reflect job responsibilities, duties and requirements
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position
Participate/facilitate virtual career fair/college campus fairs and other social media campaigns
Facilitate interview and hiring decisionmaking process with technical interviewers and hiring managers
Drive offer process; prepare and send formal offer letters
Drive diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing and hiring practices

Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for engineers, scientists and niche skill sets
Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
Handson experience with applicant tracking systems; Taleo experience preferred
Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
Effective interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and culture/team fit
Solid technical and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies and communities
Independent, selfdirected, detail oriented, team player, analytical with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Strong business acumen to partner, consult and build relationships at all levels
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and demonstrated skills with tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, CareerArc, Google Search, Yello and Taleo
Must be highly organized with excellent timemanagement skills
Knowledge of human resource functions to include recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance
Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience
The salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 depending on education, experience, skills and location._
