    This position is responsible for coordinating agency recruiting efforts. This individual will act in a supportive role to drive the recruiting results of the agency. The ideal candidate will be able to manage many tasks at once and should be comfortable with calling a broad range of candidates via cold sources. The recruiter will use interpersonal and communication skills to actively locate, interview, and evaluate candidates for a career in financial services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role of Financial Advisor
    • Activity of 20 leads per week entered in tracking system, 20 attraction interviews per week, 5 recruits per quarter, 3 new centers of influence (COI) a month, 6 referrals to General Agents each month
    • Interfaces with Director of Recruiting daily and/or updates notes daily
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback and facilitating communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate records
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices
    • Support the development and execution of recruitment initiatives and campaigns to attract diverse talent and enhance employer branding efforts
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
    • Provide a comprehensive weekly report to the Director of Recruiting, highlighting weekly activities and tracking information for all recruits
    • Any other duties assigned by manager
    • Reports directly to Director of Recruiting

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a focus on the insurance and financial services industry
    • Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, qualifications, and market dynamics
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all recruitment activities
    • Ability to work an in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a one hour lunch
    • In office role located in one of our offices: Newport Beach, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $60,000-$80,000 annually, paid bi-weekly less payroll deductions, based on education and experience; W2 Role non-exempt (hourly)
    • $1,000 Bonus per recruited Contract A after retaining for at least 30 days
