JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attends job fairs and other sourcing occasions as a representative of the organization.
Manages job postings at various websites and colleges.
Responds to employment inquiries.
Involves management in the sourcing/screening and interviewing process as specified.
Secures transcripts and other documentation as part of interview process.
Collaborates with HR to complete hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a related industry.
Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
Satisfactory Tuberculosis Test

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares offer letters in line with approved compensation.
Communicates Live Scan and TB testing requirements to new hires and follows through to review data prior to start date.
Assists with training/coaching other hiring managers on interviewing skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Attends staff and department meetings as appropriate.
Completes other tasks as assigned.

Microsoft Suite
Contact management software.
Use of typical office equipment
Internet software

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range $67,000-$70,000

This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary._
