This is a hybrid position.

We are seeking an experienced
Recruiter to join our team in a contract position.

Your expertise in sourcing and screening top talent will be invaluable in supporting our expanding operations.

We are looking for someone who can quickly identify and attract skilled professionals, as well as has strong
knowledge of the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

Lead the fullcycle recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Coordinate testing and share results with management.
Offer comprehensive insights and suggestions to assist management in their decisionmaking process.
Work closely with hiring managers to grasp departmental requirements and enhance recruitment tactics as necessary.

Qualifications

4+ years of recruitment experience
Solid history of successfully filling diverse roles in the manufacturing industry, including both leadership and specialized positions
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Type 50 words per minute (minimum)

Salary 75K per year.
