- Ensure the dealership is operating within financial guardrails.
- Ensure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives.
- Understand the manufacturer's Excellence Objectives and work with the Business Manager /GM to ensure achievement.
- Maximize benefits from manufacturer incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Responsible for accurate store financials with regular reviews of operational income statements, GL activity, schedules, and balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct quarterly physical Inventory: vehicles, parts, and supplies.
- Assisted in training staff in all positions.
- Monthly reporting and all month-end reconciliations.
- Daily banking reports and reconciliations.
- High School Diploma (required)

High performers will build upon their accounting & financial acumen while also building relationships and influential leadership skills.
