- Ensure the smooth running of the front desk operations
- Oversee training and development programs for office staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial principles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with training development programs
