Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management
  • Ensure the smooth running of the front desk operations
  • Oversee training and development programs for office staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial principles
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with training development programs
