    Job DescriptionThe company is looking to recruit a B2B Partnership Sales Executive to join our team based in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales executive to develop our business in the US and Canada.

    It will involve:
    • Building B2B sponsorships and brand activations around our forum - a leading high-level executive education event in NYC.
    • Sell sponsorships of our global digital learning programs.
    • Develop bespoke learning programs for corporate clients.
    • The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of sales experience. Be excited by the opportunity to work on one of the world's most established and well-respected business and leadership conferences.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Identifying and researching prospective new client accounts to pitch partnership opportunities
    • Building bespoke presentations and proposals for clients
    • Track record of generating new business and connecting creatively with prospects through multiple channels – email, phone, LinkedIn and others
    • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients
    • Meeting and exceeding targets through your sales activities
    • Demonstrating excellent product and sector specific knowledge

    Qualifications and Skills
    • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in sponsorship or L&D sales a plus.
    • Curious, creative, self-motivated
    • Comfortable working with clients who are senior decision makers in their organizations
    • Interest in business and management trends is a must
    • Be a self-motivated, results oriented salesperson with track record of delivering to targets
    • Minimum academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent).
    • Spanish language skills are a plus
    • This is an inside and outside sales job, involving cold outreach as well as to holding one-on-one, in-person meetings.

    Candidate will ideally have experience using the following tools:
    • Salesforce
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Google Workspace
    • Salesloft
    • Zoom info (or similar)
