- Proven track record of building integrated marketing programs that leverage events, print & digital advertising, and custom content
- Building a new pipeline of business as well as growing existing relationships
- Take a creative approach to generate interest and drive inbound requests
- Work closely with editorial and account management teams to identify new prospects and develop strategic holistic media offerings to win new business
- Develop a consultative approach to solving clients' business issues and fulfilling their marketing needs
- Communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in-person
- Accurately forecast and manage sales pipeline
- Mentor junior sales staff
- Successfully built sales pipelines that have resulted in sustained revenue growth
- Experience in consultative selling of integrated media and/or marketing services
- Existing network of marketers and media buyers in financial services, luxury goods, travel, and technology, is ideal, but not required
