    Job Summary:
    Always Best Care Loudoun Senior Services is seeking a full-time Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

    This Business Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the team by managing client/caregiver schedules, caregiver onboarding and recruiting, and basic office filing.

    This position will transition to including sales and marketing responsibilities throughout Loudoun County, VA.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in the healthcare industry, work well both independently and with a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

    This is a remote-hybrid position.

    • Manage and adjust Well Sky schedules, daily
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files for employees
    • Recruit and manage onboarding of new caregivers including job postings
    • Prepare payroll, biweekly
    • Conduct clear, consistent, and reliable communication with clients, families, and caregivers
    • Coordinate and assist with marketing and promotional activities
    • Promote sales throughout the local community and manage incoming leads
    • Support the franchise owner with daytoday tasks and projects
    • Other administrative duties as assigned
    • Network in the local senior healthcare community, as needed Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years(s) of administrative experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
