a charismatic Business Development Coordinator **to assist us in the communities we serve by attending various events, and engaging with local businesses, agents, and insurance adjusters.

_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent businesstobusiness visits
  • Market and create relationships with other home service providers such as plumbers, HVAC, handymen and remodeling companies
  • Visit job sites to take before/after photos and get customer testimonials
  • Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ followup accordingly
  • Attend business networking functions to promote the brand and our local business
  • Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth setup

_ Qualifications:
_


  • Desire and proven ability to sell services, preferably in the home service industries
  • Prior experience with SEO and social media to engage with customers and clients
  • Willingness to plan and execute community engagement events on a regular basis
  • Able and willing to represent the company at events after hours and on weekends
  • Experience with a CRM software and ability to learn new technology
