    Position Summary

    Embrace the role of Front Desk Agent, serving as a warm hospitality ambassador to ensure guests' experiences at our resort begin and end on a positive note. Your unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail play a pivotal role in our establishment's overall triumph. The array of duties you'll undertake necessitates a steadfast dedication to providing top-notch customer service:

    Key Responsibilities
    • Welcome guests cordially upon arrival to facilitate seamless check-ins
    • Efficiently handle guest registrations, ensuring accuracy in information and room assignment
    • Distribute room keys and provide necessary guidance to guests
    • Professionally manage telephone correspondences by relaying messages
    • Provide support for queries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel advice
    • Maintain current records of room availability and guest accounts for streamlined operations
    • Manage billing processes, which include calculating bills, processing payments, and offering change
    • Swiftly and accurately make reservations and confirm bookings
    • Document and post charges to guest accounts, encompassing room rates and additional services
    • Assist in arranging dining, transportation, entertainment, and tour reservations upon guest requests
    • Conduct nightly inspections to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort levels
    • Demonstrate attentive listening abilities and provide effective resolutions to guest concerns

    Requirements
    • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
    • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
    • High school diploma or GED certificate; or equivalent work experience
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Satisfactory completion of background screening, drug assessment, and eligibility verification for employment in the U.S.
