- Welcome guests cordially upon arrival to facilitate seamless check-ins
- Efficiently handle guest registrations, ensuring accuracy in information and room assignment
- Distribute room keys and provide necessary guidance to guests
- Professionally manage telephone correspondences by relaying messages
- Provide support for queries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel advice
- Maintain current records of room availability and guest accounts for streamlined operations
- Manage billing processes, which include calculating bills, processing payments, and offering change
- Swiftly and accurately make reservations and confirm bookings
- Document and post charges to guest accounts, encompassing room rates and additional services
- Assist in arranging dining, transportation, entertainment, and tour reservations upon guest requests
- Conduct nightly inspections to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort levels
- Demonstrate attentive listening abilities and provide effective resolutions to guest concerns
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
- High school diploma or GED certificate; or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver's License
