- The Product Solutions Manager III plays a crucial role in supporting the product leadership team within the Product Strategy, Sales and Marketing (PSSM) service area.
- Responsibilities include bridging the gap between state requirements and future state alternatives for product lines, navigating regulatory environments, and driving performance levels to meet long-term strategic goals.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Support assigned product lines in policy and regulatory efforts, assessing impacts of changes and providing recommendations.
- Define product strategy, drive innovation, and manage the evolution of the PSSM unit and its portfolio.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses, lead requirement sessions, and monitor product performance for improvement opportunities.
- Design processes, align business solutions with objectives, and develop performance improvement plans.
- Orchestrate end-to-end cycle strategy for line of business products.
- Identify operational process gaps, lead quality improvement efforts, and validate readiness for upcoming cycles.
- Provide training on unit processes and perform other assigned duties.
- 5-7 years in product development/management and risk management.
- Experience with regulatory guidelines, filing processes, and product life cycle principles.
- Deep knowledge of product development life cycle and management concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, risk management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interpret data sets for strategic planning.
- Medicare: CMC/D-SNP policy knowledge, experience in Stars and Quality Measures, and Medicare Advantage.
- Medi-Cal: Understanding of managed care model and operations.
- Medi-Cal Plan Partners: Relationship building skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Commercial Group: Experience in Commercial and Group Health Plans.
