CrimsonXT is partnering with a leading consulting, planning, project, and construction management company in California. We are seeking a Senior/Lead Planner to join our team on a large high-tech project. Please note that while this is not initially a management position, there is potential for growth into one.

Ideally, the candidate will spend 40-50% of their time on the project site and the remainder working from a local or home office. While knowledge of German is desirable, fluency in English is a must.

This role offers an exciting and continuously growing team environment where independent work is encouraged. As part of the Lean Solutions network, you will have the opportunity to contribute to lean delivery in projects and actively develop scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and continuously improving the lean strategy as part of holistic scheduling management in our projects
  • Managing deadline reporting by presenting cause analyses and identifying stability deviations
  • Collecting actual data through collaborative workshops to compare targets and forecasts for project progress
  • Supporting projects in the application of Lean and actively promoting continuous improvement of the methodology across projects
  • Creating and maintaining schedules using common scheduling software solutions and collaboration platforms (LCM-Digital, BIM, Power BI)
