- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for enterprise business solutions to be implemented, extended, or maintained within Clark Pacific
- Work with employees at all levels to help them improve their work performance and effectiveness through configuration, training, and support of business software solutions.
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, testing and configuration of software solutions.
- Lead and manage project teams and business solution analysts.
- Prepare design, testing, training, and user documentation.
- Partner with the IT Infrastructure team to understand Clark Pacific's existing technology and infrastructure to ensure software solutions are optimally deployed.
- Manage software budget including vendor pricing and license usage.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or construction industry required.
- 10+ years' experience implementing business solutions required.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Autodesk Build, Procore, UKG and/or Viewpoint Vista preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 platform including setting up Teams/Sharepoint sites, MS Project, PowerBI and Power Flow preferred.
