- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current on Salesforce product updates and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
