About the Role:


  • Interface daily with all JDRS NAVAIR Deficiency Reporting stakeholders including the Fleet/Supply, FST Engineering, FRC (Q/Ts, DMAs, PMI) teams, CSRs, PMAs, contractors/vendors, FRC production personnel, competencies, DLA, NAVSUP, and all NAMDRP team members in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Able to independently resolve conflicts/issues that emerge because of these interfaces in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Able to listen and quickly and independently comprehend complex workflow issues from any stakeholder to accurately document exchanges and initiate appropriate corrective action using the established systems in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monitoring workflow related to each stakeholder and independently intervening when established metrics are not being met.
  • Will independently perform as nonregistered units as needed on the website to receive exhibits, approve exam plans, execute material dispositions, and ensure proper reporting of exhibits in NAVSUP WSS Carcass Tracking system.
  • Will independently track shipments worldwide and employ a variety of tools and resources to locate missing exhibits.
  • For the National Clearinghouse only: Responsible for the daily reconciliation of DFAS FedEx payment program, Syncada, by confirming website receipt of all exhibits.
  • Will independently and periodically review assigned user population and update appropriately.
  • Will extract, analyze, and provide periodic metrics in response to stakeholder data requests.
  • Monitor NAMDRP process and intervene as necessary to provide fluid process flow, assist Aircraft Mishap Board (AMB) and Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) with aviation mishap investigations.
  • Responsible for independently managing workload by appropriate prioritization and efficient organizational skills.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to varying stakeholder requests.

Must haves:


  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience.
  • Allowable Substitution: Four (4) years of combined education and experience related to management analysis functions.
Must be familiar with the NAVAIR Enterprise environment and have experience/knowledge of naval aviation maintenance practices.


Applicant must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.
