As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR solutions and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with the HR team to develop, implement, and evaluate HR programs and initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Conducting HR audits and assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Developing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Providing guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
