    Hi,

    We are looking for a Network Lead Engineer at Orlando, FL (Onsite 100%)

    Job Type - Full Time

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of network solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and security standards.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their networking needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and addressing their network-related concerns and requirements.
    • Manage relationships with network equipment vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
    • Lead a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of network performance and reliability.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
    • Monitor network performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize network resources and improve network efficiency.
    • Implement and enforce network security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and maintain network integrity.
    • Conduct regular security audits and assessments, implementing necessary improvements.
    • Evaluate and select network equipment and technology vendors, ensuring that their products and services align with our network requirements and budget.
    • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations
