    Description

    Job Title: Territory Manager at Aegis Healthcare



    Looking to kickstart your career in outside sales? This is your chance! As a Territory Manager at Aegis Healthcare, you'll be working closely with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and Inside Sales Team to not just meet but exceed sales targets. By leveraging professional sales techniques and building long-lasting client relationships, you'll be a key player in the success of the Aegis Sales Team.



    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Support the sales team in achieving or surpassing sales objectives within budget constraints
    • Participate in national and regional trade shows and events to enhance Aegis's visibility
    • Handle crucial administrative tasks for assigned accounts in collaboration with RSM partners
    • Assist in the setup and transition of new clients to ensure a seamless experience
    • Cultivate and qualify leads through targeted marketing efforts
    • Utilize CRM systems for effective accounts management
    • Stay updated on industry trends related to drug-testing
    • Contribute to the training of new Specimen Collectors and Field Service Coordinators
    • Ensure timely issuance of laboratory reports by collecting necessary information
    • Provide training on Aegis' systems to internal teams
    • Foster client relationships with a focus on driving revenue growth
    • Build positive rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
    • Communicate efficiently with Aegis Leadership

    Successful Candidates Must Possess:
    • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or scientific field preferred
    • 2 years of sales or marketing experience (or relevant internship) with a high school diploma/GED; 1 year with a Bachelor's degree
    • Willingness to travel within the designated territory
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time
    • Experience in prospecting through various channels is advantageous
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of managed care landscape is a plus
