- Review and redesign people operations processes that scale with the company, including performance management, career development, employee engagement, general well-being and personal development
- Review and redefine our existing talent acquisition processes to create a best-in-class talent acquisition structure and processes that support rapid growth across borders and cultures
- Analyze various reporting metrics focused on all aspects related to the people that make up rePurpose Global and to help the company make more effective data-driven decisions
- Help drive a purpose-driven culture of high functioning and highly motivated individuals inspired to bring about social change
- Coach the talent acquisition team and support the pursuance of the right culture by energizing employee engagement initiatives towards an organizational environment of inclusivity and growth
- Ability to unpack and optimize every critical touchpoint of the employee lifecycle: from onboarding to ongoing performance management and living our values
- 8 - 12 years of work experience managing Human Capital / People Operations processes in a startup environment
- Strong background in running administrative & HR processes globally for scale, and deep empathy for co-workers and candidate alike
- Experience in Talent Pipeline evaluation and management - from process setting, candidate skills, experience and culture fit evaluation to onboarding. And experience of having worked with, and building teams across the globe
- Firm understanding of laws pertaining to resource compliances as well as the ability to define and document best-in-class policies and processes globally
- Effective data management and analysis experience - structuring and maintaining records across both talent acquisition as well as internal People and Culture parameters to inform Human Capital decisions
- Excellent command over English to fluently communicate with candidates and employees across the globe and be an ambassador for rePurpose Global
- Good working knowledge of operational process management, project management tools (Notion & Asana) and CRM software (HubSpot), to maintain day-to-day updates and draw insights through reports
- Ability to adapt well to the fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with specific acumen such as rapid prototyping, resourcefulness, and creative problem solving
- Distinctly passionate about environmental sustainability and socio-economic impact and able to inspire mission connect within the team
- Experience in building and managing a Human Capital Team within the talent acquisition and people operations vertical at a successfully scaling start-up

In this capacity, you will build rePurpose Global's crucial connective tissue by helping fill openings across every team in the organization, ranging from business development to sustainability to growth marketing. You will be working closely with the Co-Founders and Human Capital Team, coordinating with team members in all departments to deliver on your objectives.
