- Develop and implement P&C strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives and support the North American business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the North American P&C team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on P&C-related matters, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies across the North American region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Monitor and analyze P&C metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable. 8+ years professional experience, including managerial experience coaching and leading talent; minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or HR related experience required.
- Proven experience as a P&C leader, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity within North America.
- Strong knowledge of North American HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to align P&C initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
