    Field Marketing Lead- LaCroix BrandED
    Requires commitment on the field every Friday-Sunday. Admin work can be done remote.

    The LaCroix BrandED Field Marketing Lead is responsible for building brand relevance through the execution of collaborative retail partner based shopper engagement programs that spread the joy of LaCroix.

    Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, Brand Education the Field Marketing Lead will translate BrandED strategy into sales via education at the retail level.

    You'll spend your days working in locations and communities across your region, growing brand visibility, flavor awareness, and product consumption.

    You will increase brand affinity through education focused, shopper engagements and report all sales metrics each weekend. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, training, staffing, payroll and other relevant admin duties. This isn't your average 9-5 office job as you will be out in the field ensuring LaCroix is relevant and present in the right places on any day of the week; at a time when people need healthy hydration

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
    Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
    Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and payroll
    Ability to coach the team and set an example of brand standards
    Capture demo results and report all pertinent info to Field Marketing Manager via assigned Google Forms each weekend
    Detailed weekly recap submission that paints a picture of the weekend that including quotes, comments, and photos

    Experience and Skills:
    Outstanding customer service skills and ability to positively engage the public
    Ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner
    Ability to create and maintain good relationships with store managers
    Understanding of both marketing and sales fundamentals
    Strong 'can do' attitude, strives for perfection and love for the detail in every project
    Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
    Must have reliable transportation
    Available to be on-site every Friday-Sunday
