Our client, a European investment bank with a global presence, is looking for a talented Healthcare MD with strong origination capabilities to join their team in Munich, Denver.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Managing Director (MD) to lead our Munich office and drive our ambitious growth agenda. As an integral member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and guiding our strategic direction in the German market.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our presence in the Munich, Denver market and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporations, institutional investors, and financial sponsors, to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
Originate, structure, and execute complex transactions across a range of sectors, leveraging your expertise in investment banking, M&A, and capital markets.
Provide thought leadership and industry insights to clients and internal stakeholders, positioning the bank as a trusted advisor and partner.
Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to optimize cross-border deal flow and deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
