- Develop and implement integrated, quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and revenue goals.
- Manage marketing program execution across the segment team and executional centers of excellence.
- Report marketing performance to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing programs.
- Own and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many events for the segment/industry.
- Drive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and Sales.
- 6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within the technology sector.
- 5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs.
- Experience with ABM marketing and within high tech and manufacturing marketing a plus.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, product marketing.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to marketing.
- Collaborative and creative mindset.
- Operational rigor and organization skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail; ability to distill feedback from all levels of the organization.
