    **Job Description**

    We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken inside salesperson to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As an inside sales support member you will be eager to research prospects looking for compelling reasons to engage with them. Once connected you will gently introduce them to Nice Shoes services and gain their interest to speak with one of the sales team for more details. Ideally, you will have previous knowledge of how to nurture an existing or potential client and how and when to cue sales up for the most success.

    **Responsibilities include:**

    Work closely with the Head of Sales to help communicate with existing clients and leads

    Manage front of house, greet clients as they arrive and direct them to where they need to go, be the friendly face of Nice Shoes. Answer incoming calls

    Conducting preliminary research and conversations with new leads and nurturing them before handing them off to the sales team

    Warm-contacting existing clients and leads who have engaged with our marketing campaigns, promotions and events

    Check in on clients throughout their time at Nice Shoes to see if they need lunch or refreshments

    Helping account management efforts through booking restaurant reservations and purchasing client gifts

    Help to oversee Nice Shoes events at our offices and externally

    Shadow the sales team and attend external events

    Assist in maintaining and populating events calendar with internal/external events

    Provide leads with necessary support information to move them further down the sales pipeline

    Maintain an up to date CRM with detailed notes for every prospect call

    **Requirements**

    Comfortable making warm calls and talking to new people

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with existing clients and new leads

    Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

    Self-motivated and self-directed

    Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

    Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential prospect

    Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

    Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
