Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The Sales Coordinator will report directly to and work closely with the Sales Manager, overseeing accounts and all sales support functions.

You will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities and get exposure to all levels of the B2B and B2C sales processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquire a strong knowledge of the brand and product portfolio to assist the sales team in their efforts to grow and expand accounts.
  • Support the administrative aspects of Ubbi sales including but not limited to B2B and B2C sales, preparation of reports, price lists, and other product presentation materials.
  • Coordinating sales activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and following up with clients.
  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through researching and identifying potential clients.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Assist with account management by maintaining customer records, tracking sales activity, and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling
  • Analyze monthly sales strategies to identify successful efforts and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and organize sales materials across SharePoint and other folders to ensure the most recent information is available to the sales team and other teams across Ubbi.

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships with clients
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft suite products
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends or areas for improvement

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
