About the Sales & Event Coordinator position:
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Sales & Event Coordinator responsibilities are:
- Managing documents (e.g filing) and preparing department reports
- Preparing contracts, proposals, and event orders in a timely manner
- Receiving and distributing sales leads
- Responding to customer complaints effectively
- Provide administrative support to sales/events department
Sales & Event Coordinator requirements are:
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator and/or sales manager
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in using MS Office, Marriott Systems (CI/One Yield/SFA Web)
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
- Good team player
- BA/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field
