About the Sales & Event Coordinator position:

The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


Sales & Event Coordinator responsibilities are:

  • Managing documents (e.g filing) and preparing department reports
  • Preparing contracts, proposals, and event orders in a timely manner
  • Receiving and distributing sales leads
  • Responding to customer complaints effectively
  • Provide administrative support to sales/events department

Sales & Event Coordinator requirements are:

  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator and/or sales manager
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Marriott Systems (CI/One Yield/SFA Web)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
  • Good team player
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field
