**$10,000. SIGN ON BONUS **
**Job Requirements:**
At least 3 years Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.
Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.
Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.
High volume service experience a plus.
Proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.
Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
Valid in-state drivers license with good driving record.
Submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems.
Orders parts and tools as necessary.
Oversees administration of warranty claims.
Oversees training and supervising of service department employees.
Works with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions. Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain effective employee relations.
