Assistant Service Manager needed for our busy service department at
Stateline Nissan of
East Providence**$85,000 to $120,000 yearly potential

Qualifications

  • Organized and superior customer service skills
  • Two or more years experience as a guest service specialist/service advisor
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Nissan experience a plus
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred

Some Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Listen to and address the customer's primary concerns
  • Offer additional services based on vehicle's condition, cumulative miles and customer's individual needs
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
