Assistant Service Manager needed for our busy service department at
Stateline Nissan of
East Providence**$85,000 to $120,000 yearly potential

Qualifications

Organized and superior customer service skills
Two or more years experience as a guest service specialist/service advisor
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills
Nissan experience a plus
Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred

Some Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Listen to and address the customer's primary concerns
Offer additional services based on vehicle's condition, cumulative miles and customer's individual needs
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
