Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administering day-to-day operations of the service department, managing a team of technicians.
Providing expert answers to technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
Achieving sales and profitability goals & objectives.
Prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Implementing strategies to improve shop efficiency.

Job Requirements:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation.
At least 2 years of Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.
Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.
Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.
High volume service department experience.
A proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.
Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record.
Willingness to submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Achieve sales and profitability goals.
Prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Implement strategies to improve shop efficiency.
Stay up to date on new models, accessories, and product training.
Oversees training and supervising of service department employees.
