Raye IT Consulting, LLC is a 8a certified minority woman-owned IT consulting and technology firm.

Raye IT brings over 20 years experience in delivering mission-critical programs and support for the Federal Government and large agencies.

We specialize in program and project management, capital planning and IT investment portfolio management, infrastructure support and application development deployment to include IT operations and maintenance.

We deliver value through technical and managerial expertise – innovation, efficient processes, executable strategies, and methodologies that generate tangible and measurable results to our clients across the Federal, Civilian and DoD sectors.

Raye IT Consulting is looking for an exceptional and seasoned Program Manager to support a U.S. Government agency.

This individual will manage the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.

Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Minimum of five years' experience in the industry.
Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.

Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams) and G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Meet, and Sheets).
