Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans including change management activities.
Develop detailed change management, communication, and transition plans
Manage stakeholder engagement, and provide a project status on a regular basis to sponsors and stakeholders (including executive level management)
Identify and manage anticipated resistance and foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of process and systems, as well as solution adoption.
Identify and manage project dependencies, and drive strategies to mitigate project risks.
Document training requirements and support training design and delivery
Conduct change impact and risk assessment and execute risk mitigation strategies
Support and lead conversations on definition of roles and responsibilities for newly defined processes
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Knowledge and skills

Strong leadership in managing complex, crossfunctional, global initiatives.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision while being a constructive contributor to a team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship building, and collaboration skills.
Effective time management skills and critical thinking.
Ability/willingness to operate in a fastpaced, demanding environment.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills at all organizational levels
Demonstrated skills in conflict management and facilitation
Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
Experience with Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning business processes and systems
Experience working with SDLC / Agile development.
PMP certification and/or Lean Sigma preferred
Change management experience desired
