Description

• Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience in plan reading, project buyout and scope writing
• Experience with Procore for project tracking, billing, & invoicing
• Ability to control costs and drive program design
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate project status effectively
• Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in process mapping and optimization
• Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis
