Your responsibilities:

Supporting departments in collecting and defining requirements for process changes and software implementations

Collaborating with IT colleagues to find solutions for department-specific requirements and evaluating their impact on existing business processes

Assisting departments in submitting their requirements to relevant decision-making bodies

Taking on project management roles or managing individual work packages within project implementations

Supporting the central Project Management Office in formulating and adhering to applicable standards for project implementation

Your profile:

Completed degree in project management, business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, or relevant work experience

Analytical thinking and methodical work structure

Experience and knowledge of project methodologies

High level of initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills

Affinity for IT topics and applications

Openness to new topics and projects

Team player with a passion for supporting colleagues in interdisciplinary teams during project implementations
