The German Pension Insurance Rheinland is a statutory pension insurance provider in Germany with approximately 3800 employees in the main administration in Düsseldorf, 12 regional service centers in the Düsseldorf and Cologne government districts, and six rehabilitation clinics.

For our IT service provider, German Pension Insurance North East West Information Technology GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), German Pension Insurance Rheinland in the Infrastructure Services department is looking for a System Administrator Archive (m/f/d) at the Düsseldorf location as soon as possible.

In the Archive Competence Center (KC), you will be responsible for the operation of ECM systems for providing electronic documents.

You will also be responsible for the support and administration of software components used in scanning centers as part of document digitization.

Your tasks will include:

Maintenance, administration, and optimization of ECM systems ("electronic archive")
Installation, administration, maintenance, and optimization of software components in digital archives, as well as system monitoring and quality assurance
Maintenance of procedurespecific IT security concepts and documentation
Error analysis and resolution as part of secondlevel support
Participation in projects

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science) or a comparable relevant degree
Knowledge of relational database systems, preferably Oracle RDBMS, and solid SQL skills
Experience with Microsoft Windows, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES), and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience in the areas of Enterprise Content Management and Document Management Systems,
