Responsibilities:

Coordinate the procurement and installation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) including development of the procurement scope through communication with the end users.
Assist with the selection of vendors to provide proposals, compare proposals provided to for review by end users/management.
Prepare and track of all documentation for the procurement under the direction of the Federal Task Leader.
Work closely with the project team to identify delivery dates for all items in the project schedule.
Oversee the delivery, unpacking, installation, and activation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Work with the Sr. Project Manager to closely track budget and schedule. This work is expected to support laboratory facility projects for NIAID on the NIH Bethesda Campus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Some positions or sites may require that the incumbent be fully vaccinated against COVID19. Proof of vaccination may be required._
