Job DescriptionSalary: 115,000-130,000

Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively

Produce and provide essential reports, analysis/observations and feedback necessary to management and leads; keeping production running smoothly and meeting schedules

Manage and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed

-· Forecast, build production schedules according to customer contract obligation

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production

Forecast and report adjustments in budgets and schedules necessary to meet all production schedules and contracted customer requirements

Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees

Collaborate with leads and supervisors on daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet agreed upon production, quality and performance expectations

Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in manufacuring; machining - based production is a plus

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing is preferred; relative work experience will be considered

Previous experience in a production management role or similar position

Demonstrated track record in improving efficiencies in people, flows and machining processes utilizing the talents of others

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
