TikTok is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform products that make online advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes.

This role will specifically focus on building products that foster advertiser growth within TikTok Ads Manager.

Responsibilities:

Drive product vision, strategy, development, and execution for ads platform products
Build advertising solutions that make the creation experience more efficient for our small and medium businesses. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements, and data analysis.
Work with engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research, and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or relevant experience in the technical space.
5+ years of experience in growthfocused product management roles.
1+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring Product Managers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally in a highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building campaign management platforms or advertiser selfservice tools.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $51000 annually.
