    Job Title: Product manager

    Location: San Jose CA-(Hybrid)

    Contract

    Must Have Skills:

    • Skill 1 – Product Management – 10+ years
    • Skill 2 – Sales & Marketing – 5+ years
    • Skill 3 - MS Dynamics: 2+ years

    Job Description:

    • This specific role will be working in CRM technologies (SFDC & MSFT Dynamics) and will be primarily focusing on the Sales experience in MSFT Dynamics.
    • Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and other 3rds party seller applications like Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin to name a few - will be preferred.
    • What you'll do - Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales at Client and then build the future state on a target solution - CRM Dynamics, with a lens to providing customer value, by improving the customers' experience on Dynamics and the day-to-day productivity of the sellers.
    • Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with internal customers.
    • Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap
    • Responsible for communicating/aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.
    • Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
    • Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
    • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
    • Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests, and
    • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority Qualifications
    • 4+ years of product management experience is required--experience launching global large-scale technology solutions with supporting change management
    • Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
    • Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
    • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
    • Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
