    Job Description

    Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit agency that provides culturally sensitive services to a multicultural population with limited financial resources. The organization's mission has remained providing quality human services to economically disadvantaged children and families.

    The agency is comprised of five divisions – Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education which are currently supported through 15 different locations.

    We are seeking for a highly motivated full-time Human Resources Administrator to assist our team located at 2319 South Damen Ave, Chicago, IL

    Work schedule being offered:
    Monday- Friday: 9am-5pm

    Responsibilities and Duties

    The Human Resources (HR) Administrator handles the day-to-day administrative duties within the Human Resources Department .

    The HR Administrator, along with the other members of the HR department, ensures that the Human Resources policies, procedures and programs are managed and implemented appropriately.

    The HR Administrator carries out responsibilities of all areas of Human Resources discipline, in conjunction with and through the direction of the Human Resources Officer.

    Qualifications and Skills

    High School diploma ( required ), ideal candidate will be working towards their Bachelor Degree. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred . A work history in administrative duties is highly preferred.
