    Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:


    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing precise solutions that meet or exceed individual expectations.
    • Manage client transactional needs, encompassing renewal, new sales, marketing, and services in alignment with brand standards and company procedures.
    • Develop innovative sales tactics to boost profit margins and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Coach and mentor entrylevel team members on technical, procedural, relationshipbuilding, and sales skills.
    • Establish an efficient schedule and manage workflow for optimal efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
    • Stay abreast of industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology advancements to continually enhance knowledge and performance.
    • Interact effectively with clients, utilizing exceptional active listening skills, purposeful cooperation, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve sales goals.
    • Explore new and innovative ways to enhance the client experience, drive sales revenue, and communicate ideas to fellow entrylevel Account Managers and upper management for implementation.

    Requirements


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 12 years of experience in an entrylevel Account Manager, Client Relations, Sales, or Customer Support role.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
